A minute with our team
Ilona from our team explains why a good accountant does far more than file your tax returns. The same people answer your messages, close your month and prepare your year end.

Your choice
Some directors like to stay hands-on, others want it all taken off their desk. The fee covers both.
Upload your invoices and receipts to your client portal or connect your bank feed. Your accountant posts and reconciles everything on a rhythm that suits your volume, weekly or monthly, and asks you only about what is unclear.
You or your manager post the day-to-day transactions. We show you how with video lessons from our own accountancy course: you can watch each one as many times as you need. Then we check your work, correct it, and close the month properly.
Your software, not ours
Wherever you are starting from, we fit around your business and never move you to a more expensive system for our convenience.
We work in yours.
We choose the most affordable fit.
We sort it out and take over.
How we start
Whether you are new, unhappy with your current set-up or switching from another accountant, we start by understanding where you are today.
We look at your company as it is today: records, software, deadlines and anything overdue.
We choose the best route: fix what needs fixing, take over from your previous accountant, or set you up from scratch.
Your monthly fee and what it covers, agreed in writing for the year.
Software connected, your client portal and chat opened, records collected from your previous accountant.
Books posted and closed. VAT, payroll, CIS and pensions prepared and sent to you for approval before filing.
Accounts and Corporation Tax prepared from figures we already know, approved by you, then filed.
Add-on · Growth support
Many of our clients call us with a new idea, or because the business has stalled. Growth support adds a monthly management report and a strategy session to your accounting, so every decision is made with the numbers in front of you.
