Professional body and supervision
Our practice principal, Larysa Brovchuk, is a member of the Association of International Accountants (membership no. 415927) and holds an AIA practising certificate (no. 4281) to practise as a public accountant in the United Kingdom. AIA is also our supervisor under the Money Laundering Regulations 2017.
Following an AIA desktop monitoring review completed on 22 May 2025, the practice was found compliant with AIA's Public Practice Regulations and the UK Money Laundering Regulations.
An AIA practising certificate does not authorise the holder to act as a statutory auditor. We do not carry out statutory audits.
Companies House and HMRC
Kairos-K LTD is a Companies House authorised agent (Authorised Corporate Service Provider, ACSP no. AP020211) and holds an HMRC agent services account. We act for clients only with their authority.
We are not part of, or endorsed by, HMRC, Companies House, GOV.UK or the UK Government. We do not sell government documents. Official registrations, reference numbers and decisions are issued by the relevant authority, and many government services are available free on GOV.UK.
