One standard for every unit

Our name means the same everywhere

Clients trust Kairos-K because every unit works the same way. That is why the rules are part of the agreement.

Annual review

Every franchise unit has an annual audit of its work by head office, against our methodology, policies and standards.

Our policies and way of doing business

Every unit follows the company's policies and the way we work with clients. Methodology is set centrally and cannot be changed locally.

If the rules are broken

Breaches can lead to financial penalties under the agreement, and serious breaches to early termination of the franchise.
