For me, the business leadership of the future is not about building an empire. It is about creating a space: a place where people work with me, not for me. In this model, business is a journey of fulfilment, not a struggle, and accounting is about gaining confidence and control over your life.
My formula is simple: create a business where there is no fear and no arrogance. A business where language, cultural and gender barriers do not exist.
A while ago, one of my students shared a story. Her friend, a project manager at a British company, had a team and great prospects, but was suddenly dismissed. The reason given: a breach of the company's "new management model". When I heard what this model involved, I had to smile. Everything that was "new" to them has been our standard practice at Kairos-K from the very beginning. For us, it is not a trend. It is our foundation.
Our guiding principles
- Deep respect for the personality of everyone on the team.
- Decisions made together, not top-down instructions.
- Support in personal troubles, and help when someone feels lost.
- Trust in new ideas, and room for innovation.
- A true partnership, where everyone has value, a clear contribution and shared responsibility.
A philosophy of empowerment
I often tell my colleagues a few things. Bad employees usually have bad managers. Bad clients are often the result of leaders who fail to set clear boundaries. Every problem is simply a task that can be solved. And every success is your own achievement, because nothing would happen without you.
From doubt to confidence
In our company, each person's story is a journey from doubt to confidence. Women who came to us with little faith in themselves are presenting confidently at public events a few months later. We teach them to talk about their achievements, update their CVs and run their professional social media without being ashamed of their own strength.
It often starts with small, practical steps, even the clothes we wear to work, because how we look helps us focus inside. Our team members choose dresses, heels and jewellery not because of a dress code, but because they want to feel professional and special. We hold professional photo shoots so that each person can see themselves in a new, powerful light. Every new profile photo or updated bio becomes a step towards a new identity: "I am a specialist, an expert, a leader."
Real substance behind it
This growth is not only about appearance. Each team member passes an internal exam, takes part in genuine professional development and national competitions, and receives invitations to teach. This is not a fantasy. It is our daily practice.
That is why our courses are unlike any other in the UK: they combine self-respect, teaching in your native language, psychological support and a strong community. Most importantly, they let you start acting now, not in five years.
This is what a business without fear, arrogance and barriers looks like. And it all starts with one simple but powerful idea: "It is possible."
Bad employees usually have bad managers. Every problem is simply a task that can be solved.
