Advisory · for growing companies

Beyond accounting

When the business outgrows its bookkeeping, we help you run it: a finance director on your team, and projects that rebuild how your company works.

How to start

Four steps to a sorted set of books

Switching accountant or starting fresh, the process is the same and we do the admin.

  1. 1

    Tell us about your business

Call, message or fill in the form. We ask a few questions about your income, staff and deadlines.

  2. 2

    See your price

Use the calculator for monthly accounting or ask the price assistant about a one-off service. You see our fee before you commit.

  3. 3

    Sign up and hand over

We check your ID as the law requires, you sign our engagement letter and authorise us with HMRC. We collect records from your previous accountant.

  4. 4

    You approve, then we file

Before every filing we send you the figures and the tax to pay. Nothing goes to HMRC or Companies House until you have agreed it, and we file on time.

Prices

Know the fee before you start

Ongoing accounting has a monthly fee you can work out yourself. For one-off services, ask our price assistant for a fixed fee.

Annual agreement · paid monthly

Monthly accounting

For businesses that want an accountant with them all year. You sign a 12-month agreement and pay a fixed fee each month. Your accountant looks after your books all year and is always a message away.

  • Your own WhatsApp group with your accountant, for quick questions
  • Client portal in our CRM to share documents and track every task
  • Bookkeeping and bank reconciliation, kept up to date
  • VAT, payroll and PAYE submissions
  • Annual accounts and Corporation Tax return
  • Every filing sent to you for approval first

Answer a few questions and the calculator shows your estimated monthly fee.

One-off services: ask for a fixed fee

Need a single piece of work, such as a consultation, a company or self-employed registration, annual accounts or a Self Assessment return? Ask our price assistant. It quotes from our current fee list.

Prices are shown from our current list and confirmed in your engagement letter. The assistant is an automated tool; see our Privacy Notice.
